Lucy DuBose Founder/CEO/President

Hilda (Lucy) DuBose is the Founder and Executive Director of Faces of Change, a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit serving individuals impacted by addiction and other life-controlling issues. Born and raised in Camden, New Jersey, Lucy overcame years of substance abuse throug the power of Jesus Christ and graduated from the Hoving Home residential rehabilitation program. She later completed studies at the Assemblies of God New Jersey District School of Ministry. 

Lucy served for 10 years as the Addictions Director at Fellowship House in Camden and on the Board of Addictions Victorious, Inc. in 2014, she founded Faces of Change to provide Christ-centered recovery support, placement, and transitional care. With over 28 years of sobriety, Lucy has helped countless individuals enter detox and Christian rehabilitation programs across the United States. She is a passionate speaker, facilitator, and preacher, committed to the vision God placed on her heart for the people and city of Camden, New Jersey.
