About
Faces of Change (FOC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, faith-based ministry serving men and women ages 18 and over who have been impacted by alcohol and drug addiction, prostitution, and other life-controlling issues.
We believe that every individual deserves access to true recovery and transformation through Jesus Christ.
The nationwide epidemic of substance abuse has devastated communities across the United States, including our own. Faces of Change seeks to remain closely connected to the heartbeat of the community, offering hope and help to those in need. We assist individuals and their loved ones by facilitating placement into detox and Christian rehabilitation programs and by providing Christ-centered support through counseling, discipleship, recovery support meetings, and transitioal care after program completion.
We recognize that addiction affects not only the individual, but the entire family. Our goal is to extend resources, encouragement, and support to both those struggling with addictions
and the loved ones walking beside them.
Recovery or transformation are not meant to be faced alone-it takes a community.
