Faces of Change Inc. is a Christ Centered non-profit organization providing Intervention, Outreach and Aftercare Services to men and women ages eighteen and over who have been involved in drug addiction, alcoholism, prostitution, and other life-controlling problems.

Are you ready for change but don’t know where to start?
InterventionAssessments: Clients are given an extensive assessment to determine the level of treatment needed. The assessment will give us a snapshot of the client’s general information, substance abuse usage, trauma, medical problems, and financial status. Assessments will also give us a list of all documentation that we will need to facilitate arrangements into program.
Referral and Processing: Referrals and processing are done for clients who are seeking to be placed into long-term Christian inpatient treatment programs. Processing includes obtaining all documentation needed, such as ID’s, birth certificates, social security cards, blood work, phone interviews, placement, and travel arrangements. Support Meetings: We offer various Christ-centered supportive meetings where transparency and accountability are taught and practiced. |

OutreachBuilding trust and strong relationships with the community through our various outreaches.
Support Meetings: We offer various support meeting. (located in various areas in the city please see events page or call for more information) Street Outreach: Occurs in various parts of the city, engaging residents, homeless, addicted and those involved in prostitution or other life controlling issues. Many of our friends on the streets may not be ready for change. We help facilitate the process of becoming ready for change by cultivating, organic relationships that build trust. Partnering: We partner with other organizations, churches and businesses to bring resources to the community. Providing case management: This is provided for those we are assisting into programs. |
AftercareBridging the gap between Christian drug programs and integrating men and women back into their families, churches, and communities.
Providing a safe environment where individuals are mentored and assisted with life skills, such as resume writing, job placement, financial budgeting, parenting skills, and relapse prevention as well as finding their place in the local church. |
